Easy Returns Within 10 Days: Got second thoughts? You can return textbooks, cosmetics, and cosmetic supplies within 10 days of delivery. We ask that the products be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Initiate Your Return:
Get a Return Authorization Number: First up, you’ll need to get this magic number. For textbooks, cosmetics, and cosmetic supplies, please contact our shipping department at shop@mudshop.com. This little step helps us make your return smooth and speedy.
Package Your Return: Once you have your Return Authorization Number, please write it on the outside of your package. This helps us identify your return as soon as it arrives.
Include a Copy of Your Invoice: Pop your invoice into the package. It's key for us to process your return quickly, ensuring we can get your refund or exchange sorted out without a hitch.

Non-Returnable Items: Just a heads-up, gift cards can’t be returned. They’re like our love for makeup – everlasting.
Oopsie Daisy? Got the Wrong Item? Mistakes happen, but we’re here to fix them! If something in your order isn’t what you expected, reach out pronto. We’ll make it right with an exchange or return.
What About My Refund?
Fast & Worry-Free: We'll process your refund as soon as we receive and check your return. Expect to see the credit back on your original payment method within a week, though sometimes it takes a bit longer depending on your bank.
